Volunteers Needed for Sister-to-Sister Saturday, October 27, TCC Northwest Campus
All are encouraged to volunteer to help on the big day of the Summit. You may volunteer for a few hours or all day, from 8:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m.
Volunteer Needed:

- 3 volunteers who are comfortable with spreadsheets needed from 8:30 – 9:30 to register the middle school girls;
- 3 – 4 volunteers needed for icebreaker games on girls’ arrival, from about 8:15 – 9:30; we are also looking for ideas for new games;
- Volunteer jobs in the morning might include general set up, organizing and folding t-shirts, helping serve breakfast, serving as a hall monitor or a runner to help the S2S organizers or facilitators, and stuffing the goodie bags for the girls and facilitators;
- Volunteers to help serve lunch, afternoon hall monitors and runners, distributing goodie bags at end of Summit, and clean-up.
Again, we can use your help for a couple of hours, in the morning or afternoon, or all day, if you can stay! No experience needed – just your time and willingness to help make this a success!

Sister-to-Sister Goodie Bag Donation Request
9/08, 9/19, 10/17 & 10/27. Bring donations to fill middle school girls and college women’s goodie bags to all fall AAUW events.

Requested donations for Middle School Girls:
Toothpaste/toothbrush/floss, samples from dentists, sample sizes of soaps, lotions, deodorants, hair care products and small stuffed animals.
Donation Requests for College Mentors:
Socks, gloves, head scarves, perfume samples from salon/spas and department stores.
